If you've just placed an order and noticed a mistake—such as a spelling or formatting error—please get in touch with us as quickly as possible. Make sure to include your 5-digit order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.
While we’re unable to make changes to an order once it's been submitted, we may be able to cancel it if it hasn't yet gone into production. In this case:
If you have an account, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder without being charged again.
If you checked out as a guest, we can issue a refund instead.
Please note that cancelling an order may lead to a short delay, and due to our automated print process, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to stop production in time.
Be sure to provide your order reference when contacting us. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of helping.
We do collect billing addresses at checkout, so if your billing details were entered incorrectly and you need a VAT receipt with the correct information, just get in touch with your order number and let us know the updated billing address. We'll be happy to update your receipt for you.
Can I Make Changes or Cancel My Order?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes or cancellations before your order is dispatched from our printers or warehouse. However, due to how quickly we process orders, this isn’t always possible. Personalised Items
All personalised products are printed on demand using the exact text and formatting you enter at checkout. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that edits can be made once the order is placed.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we’re also unable to offer returns or refunds for personalised items that arrive as ordered and without any major defects.
Non-Personalised Items
We work hard to get your order out quickly, which means there’s only a short window to cancel or amend it. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll certainly try if your request reaches us in time.
If you’ve noticed something that needs updating in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you've noticed an error in your delivery address, please get in touch as soon as possible with your email address, order number, and the correct full delivery address. We'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched from our printers or warehouse.
Please note that some of our products enter the postal system as quickly as 20 minutes after printing, so we can't guarantee address changes can always be made in time.
To help avoid issues, we recommend double-checking all order details at checkout before completing your purchase.
All items in a single order will be dispatched to the one delivery address provided at checkout. If you’d like to send items to multiple addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders for each destination.
You can enter your discount or promo code during checkout. On the right-hand side of the screen, just below the product summary, look for the text that says:
“Enter a promo code”
Click that text, and a box will appear where you can type in your code. Make sure to apply it before proceeding to payment, and your total will update automatically.
Yes – all transactions on our website are protected using industry-standard encryption to ensure your information remains safe. We do not store your credit card details, and your personal information is never shared with third parties, except for the payment provider and the printer responsible for packing and dispatching your order.
We accept a range of payment options, including PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Please note that we do not accept Visa or American Express gift cards, and Afterpay is not currently available as a payment method.
If your order isn’t going through, it may be due to an error with your payment details or your bank declining the transaction.
If you see a ‘Payment Failure’ or ‘Card Declined’ message, your bank or payment provider has likely blocked the attempt for security reasons. Unfortunately, we’re unable to override this.
Here are a few things to check:
Double-check that your card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and CVV/CVC are entered correctly. (3-digit code on the back of most cards, or 4-digit code on the front of American Express cards.)
Ensure you're using one of our accepted payment methods: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
Try refreshing the page and re-entering your details—this can sometimes resolve the issue.
If you've attempted payment multiple times, your bank may temporarily place a hold for security reasons. Try again in 10–15 minutes.
If issues persist, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the payment again.
Please note: If your PayPal payment fails, we're unable to view the specific reason on our end, so we recommend contacting PayPal directly.
If your voucher code isn’t working, please check the following:
The code is in all capital letters Codes must be entered exactly as shown, using capital letters. Lowercase letters will prevent the code from working.
There are no extra spaces Be sure there are no spaces before, after, or within the code when you enter it. Even a small space can cause an error.
The code is valid and from us directly We do not share discount codes with third-party websites. If you've found a code elsewhere online, it may not be legitimate and is unlikely to work.
Only one code is being used Most of our promo codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
The offer applies to the item in your basket Some promotions are only valid on specific products. If the item isn’t part of the promotion, the code won’t apply.
We promote all valid offers through our email newsletter, so if you’re looking for future discounts, be sure to sign up at the bottom of our homepage.
