*You'll receive an email from us once your items are dispatched. This is when your delivery timescale will begin.
**Orders for Next Day Delivery will need to be placed before the cut-off the previous day, please check the basket page for your confirmed delivery date. As some of our products take longer to personalise due to their special personalisation method, some items may not be available for Next Day or Weekend Delivery. Please note that our Next Day Delivery service does not deliver over weekends or Bank Holidays, so if you order this service on a Friday, your items will be delivered on the next available working day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.
If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.
Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
